Hotel

Mistral Hotel is a software for managing small and medium size hotels. This platform has an easy to use interface, which facilitates the easy assimilation of the software. The application can function alongside our restaurant, retail store, and fast food products. It can automatically export data to the majority of accounting software on the market. Furthermore it can control telephone switchboards, locks, card readers, fiscal devices, printers, I.D. card readers, and it communicates with access control systems.
The interconnectedness between the reception desk and Mistral Restaurant permits the automatic transfer of checks from the various businesses within the complex to the customer’s bill and also enables the utilization of flexible discount and bonus schemes. The software can print all the needed documents such as address cards, invoices, inventory receipts, various orders, etc.

Main Functions

Hotel layout – enables you to enter the number of buildings, floors, and rooms.
Reception desk – reservations, check-in, check-out, printing address card lists, customer data base, relocating guests, adding various services to the customer’s bill, calculating vacant rooms, and many others.
Financial operations- deliveries, logging payments, transfers between cash registers, hotel guest bill tracking, and many others.

Store

Mistral Retail Store is a fully functional product, which has two modules – Warehouse and Sales. These modules cover all the activities connected to the product flow within the establishment: order-delivery-sales-accounting- order.

Mistral Warehouse can carry out warehouse management and all the various types of warehouse operations and Mistral Sales respectively supports all the various sales operations. Through the warehouse mode of operation you can input all the database information needed to ensure proper software operation. It also defines the software users, logs deliveries, performs inventory audits, accounts losses, etc. The software also offers an extensive set of pre-defined reports as well as the ability for the User to define new ones.

Access Level
Within Mistral there are two types of users, Administrator and User. Administrators have full access to the system and Users have only the level of access defined by the Administrator. You can create different types of pre-set User accounts and can also easily create a universal User account
.

Deliveries
When logging a delivery you can track the last delivery cost, the difference between the delivered item cost and the average cost for the delivered item. Each delivery can be entered separately and can be logged along with the accompanying documents (invoice, receipt, etc.), mode of storage, mode of transportation, exact time of delivery, and expiration date.

Agreed Delivery Prices
The Agreed Delivery Prices are set and cannot be altered. In case they are altered, the logging of the delivery will not be possible.

Loss
Goods, which need to be accounted as loss can be taken out of the warehouse stock and entered in the system as loss. You can view information regarding when was the item accounted as loss, its value and whether it was accounted at sales price or delivery price.

Inventory Audit
Inventory audits allow you to check the existing inventory and to find any discrepancies between what is in stock and what should be in stock according to the system. The quantitative and financial discrepancies according to delivery prices are established.

Item File
The system stores extensive information about each of the items in stock. This innovative interface allows you to access and modify information about all of the items in stock. You can enter information about each item in stock: date made, mode of transportation, storage mode, producer, etc.

Barcode
All the barcode types are supported (including weight barcodes) as well as more than one barcode per item.

Customer Returns
Each returned item is logged in the system as such. You can execute a report, which will show you what items have been returned and which employee accepted the return.

Item Blocking
You can block items from being delivered, sold or from both. This block can also be setup to be valid during a certain timeframe.

Report Generator
The report generator allows you to create all the reports you desire. If the integrated pre-set system reports do not meet your needs you can easily customize a report to satisfy your specific requirements.

Warehouse and Warehouse System
Mistral Warehouse allows you to define multiple warehouses, independent of each other. It also supports subsidiary warehouses.

Centralized Management of Remote Sites
Quite often there is a need for a centralized warehouse management i.e. one central warehouse with subsidiary warehouses (all at one site or far apart, communicating via the Internet). In this case the central warehouse accepts all the deliveries and then distributes the goods to the other warehouses.

 

Till and Financial Operations
You can define common or individual user tills, each allowing for their own set of specified financial operations (expense planning, credit card payments, etc.). Each till can be attached to a given user, thus allowing for full accounting of his or hers incoming and outgoing payments

Data Export and Import
Our software product has the built-in functionality to export and import text or Excel files. Additionally you can use this module to export data to a variety of accounting systems.

Fast food

Especially developed to meet the specific demands of Fast Food establishments.

It has all the capabilities of the restaurant version but it has its own sales interface, which facilitates the selection process. An important characteristic of this version is the Dynamic Package Item capability. What are Dynamic Package Items? When you want to offer a few items as part of a combo meal you can define the combo meal in such way that when it is sold, it displays a few recipes. In the case in which the combo meal is defined during the customer order, you can create a Dynamic Menu, which allows the customer to select from a group of items and to define his or her own combo meal. Quite often such customer orders are to-go orders for the home or office in which case the software can print item labels for the customer’s order.

Access Level
The Mistral software lets you define the access level for each staff member. Individual access levels can be defined not only at the screen and report level but also at the function level within each screen

Order
Ordering of supplies is one of the most important activities for the management of any food establishment. Mistral software contains many integrated algorithms for calculating the quantity of the supplies being ordered so you can avoid overstocking or running out of something.

Supplies Entry
When you receive a product, which you have requested the process is completely automated. You can use a barcode scanner, a mobile terminal or an electronic scale connected to the module.
The software enters the supplies, while it automatically recalculates the average supply cost, defines new recipe costs, and tracks the origin of supplies via the accompanying documents.

Pricing
Our software product enables you to define various pricelists, which can be valid for a given User during a given timeframe. The pricelists can be created in relation to already existing ones. You can also define a concrete price for a concrete product. In order to identify your clients you can use different types of cards – magnetic strip or contactless.

Recipe
Recipe is an item, which is comprised of other items. When a recipe type item is sold, the system automatically calculates the quantities of all the comprising items and subtracts them. This module also provides automatic recalculation when entering larger quantities, attachment of pre-determined prepped food items, selection of mandatory modifiers, etc.

Menu Selection
Lunch menus are a way for a food establishment to attract more customers. Once you decide on offering a lunch combo meal, you can count on Mistral software to ensure that this process takes place quickly and easily. Furthermore, you can set up a dynamic menu, which allows the customer to select from a group of pre-set options and to receive a fixed price at the end of his or hers selection. 

Recipe Modifier
This is the much needed and valuable note, with which the server informs the kitchen of any special customer requests. The various modifiers can be attached to certain categories, so during the selection process only choices relevant to the recipe are displayed.

Report Generator
This software functionality enables you to create the reports you desire. In turn this will allow you to use this software product freely and independently, without the need for order reports or assistance from a qualified technician.

Table setup
You can draw the floor plan of your restaurant and respectively define the rooms and the number of tables, so the servers can easily access each table and quickly select the items ordered.

Sending Customer Orders
You can send customer orders to a kitchen printer or to other specialized terminals in the kitchen or the bar. This will allow you to save paper and to establish feedback between the server and the unit responsible for the order. This order can contain notes, modifiers, and menus.

Cafeteria

Operating a cafeteria establishment comes with its own set of specific needs. We paid special attention to these needs during the development of our software for use at this type of establishments. In order to further optimize the process we provide a self-serve system based on customer pre-order. How is this possible? Touchscreen monitors are conveniently positioned within the cafeteria. They enable the customers, who already have a loyalty card to view the next day menu and pre-order their meal. This capability in turn allows the cafeteria manager to easily and accurately prepare the menu for the next day. The customers, who hold these loyalty cards, can identify themselves and seamlessly communicate their menu selections to the employee on shift by a simple swipe of a card. The work process is facilitated, optimized, and sped up. This solution is quite appropriate for cafeterias, corporate resorts, institutions and other such sites, which regularly provide food for a certain group of people. You save time and so do your customers. You are able to plan your purchases. Last but not least your customers will be greatly satisfied by receiving the food they desire and not the food, which is available at the time of their visit. When selling this type of items, the system calculates the quantity of items comprising the recipe and subtracts them from the in-stock quantity. Additionally you can embed a recipe within the recipe and the system will subtract all the respective items from the in-stock quantity.

Reports
The Warehouse module of the software offers an extensive set of pre-defined reports. These reports are grouped as follows:
- Deliveries; Turnover; Loss; Sales; Stock Transfer; Employee Meal; Inventory Audit; Deleted Lines; Sold Products;
- Reevaluation; Reports; In Stock; Expenses; Open Accounts; Warehouses; User Report; Financial Operations;

All the reports can be set to encompass a pre-set timeframe (date, hour, minutes)
